GuardOnIQ is operated by Deeray Multimedia Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12586799, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Deeray Multimedia Ltd in its capacity as operator of GuardOnIQ. "You" refers to the individual or organisation using GuardOnIQ.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GuardOnIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The Service

GuardOnIQ is a workforce and operations management platform for UK private security firms, including scheduling, geolocation check-in, incident reporting and SIA licence tracking.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to view, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are exclusive of UK VAT, which is added at the standard rate where applicable.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
